1. General Role of wedeyoutside
wedeyoutside may act as:
- a marketplace connecting users with event or experience organizers;
- a media and promotional platform;
- a facilitator of bookings or ticket sales;
- a service provider for hosts/curators.
In many cases, the organizer or host is responsible for delivering the event or experience.
2. Ticket Purchases / Event Bookings
Unless otherwise stated on the specific listing:
- All ticket sales may be final and non-refundable.
- Refund eligibility depends on the organizer’s policy.
- Users should review the listing details before purchase.
3. Refunds for Cancelled Events
If an event is cancelled by the organizer:
- users may be eligible for a full refund or rescheduled ticket;
- refunds will be processed according to organizer instructions and payment provider timelines.
4. Refunds for Postponed or Rescheduled Events
If an event is postponed or rescheduled:
- tickets may remain valid for the new date;
- refund requests may depend on organizer policy.
5. Duplicate Charges / Payment Errors
If you were charged incorrectly, charged multiple times, or experienced a payment error, contact us within 7 days of the transaction.
6. Host / Curator Services
Payments for promotions, premium listings, partnerships, or media services are generally non-refundable once work has started, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
