4. Listings & Submissions

You confirm that:

3. content does not infringe rights of others.

wedeyoutside may edit, reject, remove, or feature submissions at its discretion.

5. Payments

Where applicable:

1. prices are set by organizers or wedeyoutside;
2. fees may apply;
3. payment providers may have separate terms.

6. Event Responsibility

Organizers are responsible for delivering their events or experiences, including safety, legality, permits, staffing, and customer fulfillment.

7. Prohibited Use

You may not:

1. post false or misleading listings;
2. infringe intellectual property;
3. upload harmful code;
4. harass others;
5. misuse the platform;
6. engage in fraud or illegal conduct.

8. Intellectual Property

All wedeyoutside branding, content, logos, and platform materials belong to wedeyoutside unless otherwise stated.

9. Media Coverage

By participating in public events listed or partnered with wedeyoutside, you acknowledge that photography/video may occur where legally permitted.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent allowed by law, wedeyoutside is not liable for:

1. organizer misconduct;
2. cancelled events;
3. indirect losses;
4. third-party failures;
5. temporary platform downtime.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access for violation of these Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of Ghana, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
